About the Artist

Hi, I'm Danielle—a passionate art educator and artist based in Ohio with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Bowling Green State University. I guide K–12 students to discover their creative voices, build confidence, and explore the world through art. My classroom is a space where curiosity, discipline, and artistic expression come together, helping students see art as a meaningful form of connection and self-expression.

Outside the classroom, I am the creator of Kagy Art Studio, specializing in realistic wildlife and pet portraits that capture each animal’s unique spirit. Working primarily in oils and acrylics, I strive to bring life, emotion, and beauty to every piece.

When I’m not teaching or painting, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, exploring the outdoors, and drawing inspiration from quiet moments.
